Investigation
We use the Double Diamond methodology, which allows us to generate user-centered solutions. We started with in-depth research, conducting 120 surveys and 18 interviews to understand the challenges and needs of end consumers. This helped us identify key patterns, such as lack of time, difficulty in planning and calculating appropriate portions.
We decided to focus the project on end consumers, as we found a strong and accessible pain point in this group.
